With over 14 years in leadership roles — including at Handelsblatt Media Group, Vaillant Group, and TK Elevator — in which I built digital, data, and AI organizations from the ground up, I now help companies achieve digital transformation that truly delivers.

One insight has stayed consistent throughout: digital transformation rarely fails because of technology. It almost always fails because of the challenge of convincing people to embrace new technologies and integrating them meaningfully into everyday work. Shaping people, culture, and leadership so that technology can create real value — that is the true lever.

My profile is the result of a deliberately broad path: a doctorate in humanities from the University of Mannheim, with a focus on communication science and psychology, an MBA from WHU Otto Beisheim School of Management with a concentration in Strategy Development & Execution — and many years of experience in technology-driven environments at major companies and corporations. This combination allows me to bring together a solid technical foundation with deep expertise in human behavior and organizational change.
